A restaurant near Phoenix is hawking a $21 “lion burger” in celebration of the World Cup -- despite the controversy the burger is causing.
Il Vinaio restaurant in downtown Mesa has already received a bomb threat and more than 250 angry e-mails from animal rights groups across the country.
Turns out, the lion meat comes from a free-range farm in Illinois.
