Scriba, NY--An Altmar man was accused of felony criminal contempt Thursday after he followed another person’s car too closely, honking his horn, waving his arms and pulling along side the vehicle, Oswego County Sheriff’s said.
The incident occurred at 8:44 a.m. Thursday on Klocks Corners Road, Scriba.
Deputies accused Matthew J. Bice, 29, of 2026 County Route 22, Altmar, of felony criminal contempt, harassment, and following too closely.
He was arraigned in Oswego County Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
