Kristine P. Eastman, 33, of 346 Sherrill Road, a nurse at the Central New York Psychiatric Center in Marcy, was arrested Wednesday, police said.
Police said the arrest came after a week-long investigation.
Eastman was arraigned in Floyd Town Court on a charge of criminal solicitation in the second degree and sent to Oneida County jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
The state police special investigations unit in Utica assisted in the investigation.
