Michael Walter Dwyer, 34, whose last known address was 36 Franklin St., is sought on charges of intimidating a victim, a felony, and unlawfully dealing with a child, a misdemeanor, Auburn police said.
Dwyer is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He is known to frequent Budget Inn, 61 S. State St. Dwyer may have a handgun and people are warned not to approach him or attempt to take him into custody, police said. He is a level 2 sex offender, police said.
Anyone with any information on Dwyer is asked to call Auburn police at 253-3231.
