A family is suing the Palm Beach (Fla.) County Sheriff's Office because Frantz Leger just wouldn't pull up his pants.
Leger, 20, was booted from the Mall at Wellington Green for wearing his pants too low. When he returned four months later, pants still slung around his hips, he was arrested. Twenty deputies, two canine units and a helicopter were called in after his family objected to the arrest, and five more of them were arrested, The Palm Beach Post reported.
Now the family says they've beaten the charges and they are accusing the department of false arrest, malicious prosecution and civil rights violations.
