Syracuse, NY -- Syracuse police this morning identified the victims of Wednesday night’s double shooting on the city's north side.
David Theus, 26, of 110 N. Fountain St., Syracuse was shot in the back at about 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of Lodi Street and North Crouse Avenue. He is in stable condition at St. Joseph’s Hospital, police said this morning. Read the previous story.
The second victim, Demetrius Hackett, 18, of 110 Helen St., Syracuse, was shot in the buttocks. He was treated at Upstate University Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
The investigation into the shooting is continuing, police said.
