Syracuse, NY -- Crews from the New York State Department of Transportation will be out and about this weekend working on several projects.
Here’s a list of the projects and how they’ll affect motorists.
From 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. today, Interstate 690 eastbound will be reduced to one lane, with the right and center lanes closed, from Bridge Street to Interstate 481 to accommodate repairs to an overhead sign structure.
The right lane on Route 5 eastbound will be closed from Route 174 to the Milton Avenue exit in Camillus from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. for guard rail replacement.
From 8 a.m. today through 4 p.m. Sunday Oct. 3, the Interstate 81 southbound main line will be reduced to one lane approaching and crossing over the bridge over the Barge Cana-Oneida River Outlet in Brewerton for repair crews.
The center lane will be closed, in addition to the right lane closure that’s been in place since November 2009.
