Whoopee! New York State doesn't have to borrow - - - because it will again be stealing billions from taxpayers. After last year's record tax hikes, yet more taxes. Yeah, that's the smart way out of a recession. Dear Leader's scheme is unveiled on a Friday with a vote forced on Monday.... is that how government should "work"? Is that the best this highest paid legislature in this already highest taxed state can do?
