BLOSSVALE — The Blossvale man accused of killing his 3-month-old baby in front of a state trooper earlier this week could be arraigned on murder charges in a matter of days, state police officials said Friday.Because Adam Theall’s condition is improving each day since he suffered more than 14 gunshot wounds inflicted by state troopers after he allegedly shot his infant son, Eithen, with a shotgun Tuesday morning, state police Troop D Capt. Mark Lincoln said Theall, 21, could appear in court within the next several days or the next few weeks.
