Fulton, NY – City police have charged two males with felony burglary after they allegedly caught them burglarizing a delicatessen late Sunday.
A Fulton police statement gave the following account:
Officers on patrol about 11:53 p.m. saw an open window at Slice and Go Deli, 117 Division St. As the officers prepared to enter the building they saw Alexander M. Snow, 17, of Park Street, Fulton, leaving the deli and took him into custody. Officers then went in and found Steven T. Wallis, 45, also of Park Street, Fulton, hiding inside.
Both were charged with third-degree burglary, attempted petit larceny and possession of burglar tools. They were held pending arraignment in Fulton City Court, police said.
