Fulton, NY -- A Fulton crash sent three people to two hospital late Friday morning, police report.
According to Fulton police, John C. Potter, 19, of 82 Chase Road, Granby, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Venture van eastbound in the 500 block of Division Street when he passed a stop sign at South Sixth Street and entered the intersection. A 1990 Plymouth Sundance struck Potter’s vehicle in the left rear corner, causing it to spin and roll over in the 600 block of Division Street, police said.
A passenger in Potter’s vehicle, Wayne Parker, was taken to Upstate University Hospital for unknown injuries, police said.
Annette Harris, the driver of the Plymouth, and Allison Lathrop, a passenger in the Chevy, were both taken to Oswego Hospital for minor injuries, according to police.
Police said the crash remains under investigation and tickets are pending against Potter.
