Syracuse, NY -- Syracuse police investigating an alarm activation about 3:15 a.m. today in Clary Middle School found three juveniles inside.
The three youths, two 14 years old and a 15 year old, did damage inside the school, at 100 Amidon Drive, but police did not have an estimate on how much it would cost to repair. All three were charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief and released to their parents.
All three, who are not being identified because of their ages, will answer the charges at a later date in Family Court.
