Fulton, NY -- Two Fulton men were arrested after police investigated a report of a home invasion Wednesday.
Fulton police said Eric M. Gardner, 23, and Mathew M. Riehle, 21, invaded an Oneida Street residence.
Gardner, police said, “engaged in a physical confrontation with the occupant,” while Riehle stole about $3,000 in property from a bedroom.
The two fled on foot and were located a short while later, police said.
Both were charged with second-degree burglary, second-degree robbery, fourth-degree conspiracy and fourth degree grand larceny. Those are all felony charges.
