Town of Volney -- New York State police Wednesday accused a Liverpool woman of driving while intoxicated with two children in her vehicle.
Stephanie Green, 28, was accused of aggravated driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law. State police said Green had two girls, ages 3 and 6, in her vehicle when she was driving on State Route 481 in the Town of Volney in an intoxicated condition.
Green was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail on a $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
The children were turned over to their grandmother, police said.
