U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said today that North Korea's military actions against South Korea have created a "highly precarious" security situation in the region.
Meanwhile, South Korean President Lee Myung-bak said today that Seoul would cut all trade with North Korea. An investigation found that a South Korean warship was sunk March 26 by a North Korean submarine torpedo. Forty-six soldiers were killed.
