Hundreds of motorcyclists took off at 10:30 a.m. from the Spinning Wheel Restaurant, 7384 Thompson Road, in North Syracuse for a scenic 60-mile trip through Onondaga and Madison counties.
Last year's ride raised nearly $70,000 for the hospital that treats ill and injured children.
Now in it's 16th year, Miracle Ride is the longest running motorcycle ride supporting pediatric care in Central New York. Overall the annual event has raised $700,000 for the hospital.
After their trip, riders will return to the Spinning Wheel Restaurant for a chicken barbecue, entertainment and vendor displays.
