New York State police Monday accused a carnival worker of rape for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a minor at the Wayne County Fair in 2009.
Police located Jayson R. Hall, 26, of 37 Ovid St., Geneva, on Monday at the start of this year's Wayne County Fair, which runs through Saturday. He was accused of felony rape and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
He was arraigned in the Village of Palmyra Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
