Clay, NY -- Three men are facing felony burglary charges following their arrest July 15 at a town of Clay storage facility, Onondaga County sheriff’s deputies said.
Philip M. Clarke, 19, of 408 N. State St., Syracuse; Robert R. Rood III, 19, of 408 State St., Fulton; and Joseph P. Wall, 32, of 3137 Schuyler St., Fulton, were charged with burglary, a felony, and possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief, both misdemeanors.
Deputies were called to Uncle Bob’s Storage, 7266 Henry Clay Blvd., for a burglary in progress. When they arrived, they set up a perimeter around the storage facility and took the three into custody in the following order: Rood, Clarke and then Wall. They were accused of breaking into four storage units, deputies said.
All three were arraigned in Clay Town Court and ordered held on $1,500 bail or $2,500 bond.
