Mexico, NY--Police and rescue crews are on the scene of a motor vehicle accident that occurred this morning as part of a police chase.
Police began chasing a vehicle at 7:49 a.m. on Route 69 in the Village of Parish. The chase continued until 8:02 a.m. when the vehicle crashed in Mexico on U.S. Route 11 north of Route 69 A, according to the Oswego County 911 Center.
The Oswego County Sheriff's Department, New York State Police and Central Square Police took part in the pursuit.
The Mexico Fire Department and the McFee Ambulance are on the scene.
