Syracuse, NY -- A 22-year-old man was stabbed twice Friday evening while walking on West Kennedy Street, according to Syracuse police records.
Joshua Harris told police he was meeting a friend at South Salina and Kennedy streets when someone tried to run him over with a car and then attacked him from behind.
Passers-by found Harris on the ground after the 6:10 p.m. incident. A large sedan was seen leaving the scene.
Harris said the attackers came from behind so he didn't see them. He was treated at Upstate University Hospital for stab wounds to his lower back, swelling above his left eye and scrapes to his face.
