A Batavia, N.Y. woman has been charged with adultery after she was caught having sex in a public park with a man who is not her husband. Since 1972, only four people in New York have been convicted of adultery, CBS News reported. Suzanne Corona, 41, was also charged with public lewdness after a police officer said he spotted the couple having sex on a picnic table near a playground at Farrall Park Friday.

From The Batavia Daily News:

Corona has made several claims, including admitting that sexual activity was going on, that (partner Justin) Amend’s penis was exposed but she was fully clothed, that her husband is transgendered and that they don’t have sex so she was fulfilling her desires.

The mother of a small child called 911 after seeing Corona and Amend, the Democrat & Chronicle reported.
