Cayuga, NY--State police Monday accused a Cayuga man of driving his pickup into the side of a parked vehicle during a parking dispute with a neighbor.
State police issued Stephen R. Heenan, 48, of 6154 Lake Street Road, an appearance ticket for the misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.
The dispute began about 7:30 p.m. over a car parked in front of Heenan's house, state police said.
