North Syracuse police have charged one man with breaking into a Lawrence Avenue home April 24, but believe his accomplice is on the run.

Officer Jeffrey Tripp said police charged Frank C. Caskinette, 17, of Lodi Street in Syracuse, with second-degree burglary for breaking into 103 Lawrence Ave. and taking a TV, laptop and PlayStation worth $1,300.

He is being held in the Onondaga County Justice Center jail. Tripp said they believe William D. Rounds, 20, of Pine Ridge Circle, Clay, worked with Caskinette. Police have issued a warrant for Rounds, who is wanted for second-degree burglary. They believe he is on the run, and might be in Texas, Tripp said. Rounds is also wanted for violating his probation on another charge.

Anyone with information about Rounds can call North Syracuse police at 458-5670.
