Oswego County deputies seek help in identifying suspects in copper theft

Richland, NY -- The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying two men who allegedly stole a large amount of copper from a Richland construction site on Wednesday. Anyone with information regarding this incident or the identity of the persons involved is asked to contact the Oswego County Sheriff's Office at 349-3411.
