Manlius, NY -- Manlius police are investigating a string of residential and commercial burglaries in the area of Manlius Center, Bowman and Fremont roads.
The break-ins began on Oct. 11, police said. Commercial burglaries occurred at night and residential burglaries occurred during day hours when the homes were not occupied, police said.
Police are asking homeowners in the area to call 911 if they see any suspicious people or vehicles in the area. Residents and business owners are also asked to take common sense precautions, such as locking doors and windows and activating any alarms.
