Scriba, NY -- Oswego County Sheriff's deputies this morning accused a Scriba man of assault and other charges after he allegedly threw multiple knives at people during a fight.
One of the knives struck an individual in the arm during the fight with other residents in a Scriba home, deputies said.
Patrick R. Miller, 30, of 7 Birch Lane Building 32, Apt. B, was accused of felony assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deputies said they found hallucinogenic mushrooms in Miller's possession during their investigation into the incident.
Miller was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
