From Reuters:
VIENNA - Iran's barring of some inspectors is hampering the U.N. nuclear watchdog's work in the Islamic state, the IAEA said in a new report that Washington called "troubling" but Tehran dismissed as unbalanced.
The confidential International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report shows Tehran pushing ahead with its atomic work in defiance of tougher sanctions and voices continued concern about possible work in Iran to develop a nuclear-armed missile.
"This is a pretty critical report and it seems the sides have reached an impasse," said David Albright, head of the Washington-based Institute for Science and International Security.
