Syracuse, NY -- Traffic is flowing again on Interstate 690 after more than 30,000 fans clogged the highway for several hours to park for tonight's Justin Bieber and Lady Antebellum concerts.
But the worst may be yet to come: those fans will all be leaving the fair around the same time tonight, along with the tens of thousands of other fairgoers.
While attendance figures are not yet available, fair organizers say it could be one of the largest crowds ever tonight.
