Salina, NY -- A man and woman were injured in a car-motorcycle crash tonight on Old Liverpool Road, authorities said.
The victims were on a motorcycle going southbound when they swerved to avoid a woman pulling her car out of Santangelo's Restaurant, 673 Old Liverpool Road, said Liverpool Fire Department Deputy Chief Steve Smith.
The car grazed the motorcycle, which then went off the road into a ditch about 8:20 p.m. near Electronics Parkway, Smith said.
The man and woman, who were not identified, were found lying in the road, but did not appear to suffer life-threatening injuries, Smith said. Both were taken by ambulance to an area hospital.
Onondaga County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.
