Constantia, NY - Dive teams from Oswego and Onondaga counties resumed their search today for a missing New Jersey man who disappeared Saturday after the boat he and his son were fishing in capsized on Oneida Lake.

Oswego County sheriff's deputies said they are still searching for 55-year-old Keith E. Lynch, of Old Bridge, N.J.

Lynch and his son, Keith E. Lynch Jr., 31, of Williamstown, N.J., were fishing in a 16 1/2-foot aluminum boat on Oneida Lake, about two miles south of the shore of Taft Bay Park in Constantia about 8 a.m. Saturday when the boat capsized, sheriff's deputies said. Neither the father nor son were wearing life jackets, deputies said.

Keith Lynch Jr. held onto the capsized boat until West Monroe volunteer firefighters rescued him. His father, who was unable to hang onto the boat, went under water, deputies said.

The Oswego and Oneida county sheriff's offices, New York State Parks Police, the state Department of Environmental Conservation Police, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Canadian Coast Guard, and Brewerton, Constantia, Cleveland, South Bay and West Monroe fire departments are helping with the search.

The Oswego County Sheriff's Office called off the search Saturday night, nearly 12 hours after Keith Lynch Sr. was last seen. The search resumed this morning. By 11 a.m., rescue crews were still searching for Lynch.
