Palermo, NY -- A Central Square woman was charged with attempted arson from a fire at her home shortly after an argument with her live-in boyfriend in mid-June, according to Oswego County Sheriff's deputies.
Terry S. Miller, 47, of 142 Winks Road, was charged with the felony Aug. 5 following nearly two months of investigation into the June 14 incident, said Sheriff Reuel Todd.
About a third of the residence was damaged by fire, Todd said. Deputies have not determined what Miller allegedly used to start the fire.
Miller was arraigned in Palermo Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
