Kathryn Howe RuscittoSyracuse, NY -- Kathryn Howe Ruscitto was appointed as the new president and chief executive officer of St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center, the hospital announced this morning.
On Jan. 1, Ruscitto will replace retiring president and CEO Theodore M. Pasinski. Ruscitto has been employed with the hospital since 2001. She has served as the hospital’s senior vice president for strategic, development and governmental affairs and executive vice president.
Ruscitto lives in the town of Onondaga with her husband, Daniel, and daughter, Elizabeth. She is a graduate of Le Moyne College and received her master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University.
