Jason S. McDeid and Justin M. McDeid, both 20, of 2768 Holmes Road, were arrested Thursday. Justin McDeid was also charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was sent to the Cayuga County jail.
Jason McDeid was given a ticket and released, state police said.
