Syracuse, NY - Motorists using the entrance ramp to Interstate 81 southbound from Old Liverpool Road might experience some delays Monday due to lane restrictions for bridge work.
The state Department of Transportation reported the ramp will be reduced to one lane from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Motorists heading west from Syracuse also might experience some traffic delays due to other bridge work.
The state DOT reports the left and center lanes of Interstate 690 westbound over Leavenworth Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for bridge joint repairs.
The DOT also reports that the left lane of I-690 eastbound and westbound between Exit 4 (John Glenn Boulevard) and Exit 6 (Route 695) will be closed for guide rail repairs each day next week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
