This time, an 82-year-old educator was the lucky winner, according to the New York State Lottery.
Lottery personality Yolanda Vega will present the $1 million prize to her Tuesday in downtown Syracuse.
On June 22, four New Process Gear employees won $26 million on a Mega Millions ticket sold at the Price Chopper.
The check presentation will be held at 11 a.m. in the lobby of the Deys Centennial Building, 401 South Salina St.
