Weekend of free entertainment wraps up Sunday.
OSWEGO -- The rain did its best to halt the festivities, but in the end the showpiece of Harborfest -- the fireworks -- went off as planned tonight.
The weekend of free entertainment wraps up Sunday at various venues throughout the city. The event, which turns the entire port city into a stage, included concerts, a children's parade, dogs catching flying discs, a trampoline show, a new water skiing show and more.
