Auburn, NY -- State police arrested an Auburn man on charges of possessing and promoting child pornography.
Ryan M. Tengri, 22, of Eastwood Avenue, was arrested after an investigation found he possessed child pornography and supplied images to another person.
Tengri was arraigned in Cayuga County Court on a charge of promoting a sexual performance by a child and six counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.
He pleaded not guilty and was sent to Cayuga County jail in lieu of $2,000 bail or $4,000 bond.
