An Allegany County (NY) man is claiming he should be awarded majority ownership of Facebook, the mega popular social networking website.The company is calling the claim ridiculous and they're fighting back in court.
Western New York is now ground zero for this legal battle which is capturing headlines world wide.
Paul Ceglia, 36, is a part-time web designer who lives in Wellsville. In a lawsuit filed last month in State Supreme Court he claims he is the rightful owner of 84 percent of the the world's largest social networking operation.
